returns & refunds:
all eligible returns must be made within 10 days.

sale merchandise is final sale only and is not eligible for return.  personalized pieces are also final sale only and are not eligible for return.  to inquire about returning an item, or to begin processing your return, please send an email to returns@emmamckinstry.com; please include your order number in your email.

emma mckinstry LLC is not responsible for returned orders that are lost in the mail, or for return shipping costs.  we suggest shipping via a trackable method.


shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

products must be in new condition and in original packaging.

a refund will be given in the same form of payment used for original purchase, and can be expected within 15 days of the date on which the return was processed.

emma mckinstry LLC occasionally offers special promotions and coupon codes, which are provided on the website, through emails, and on social media platforms.  promotions and coupon codes may also be offered through traditional and online media outlets. discount codes can be applied during the checkout process.  you must enter the correct code in order to receive the advertised discount.  discounts will not be honored after their expiration date.
